Once you place your order from our website. you will receive an automated SMS from our system along with a verification link. You need to click on that link in order to verify your order. if the provided link is not working or responding you can call our customer care at +92 308 1700000 or write an email to us at csvelvon@gmail.com
Any product may be returned within 7 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call +92 308 1700000 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, you can select from below options for returning your products.
Option 1
You can directly return your product/s directly to our online store location P-212 Ayesha Block Abdullah Garden Canal Road Faisalabad , once we receive your products at VELVON PARIS, we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash
Option 2
Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at VELVON PARIS, we will deduct Rs 200/- from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
If you purchased VELVON PARIS products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.
